4. How We Use & Store Data

Your data is used only to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and deliver work. General enquiry data is kept for 12 months, or until you request deletion. Records needed for tax or legal purposes are kept as long as the law requires.

• Website hosting: Lovable / Cloudflare.
• Email: Yahoo Mail (for enquiries you send by email).

We never sell your data.

6. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.
